She is a registered counselor with a background in counseling, holding a Master of Counseling in Family Counseling from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia and a Bachelor of Counseling from Universiti Utara Malaysia. 

 

Her professional journey includes experience as a trainee counselor at various organizations, such as the Process Psychology Center in Petaling Jaya, Unit Undang-Undang Keluarga within the Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Petaling, and the International College of Creative Arts Technology (CATS College).
