A Bit About Me

I currently serve as a Clinical Psychologist at PPC, working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a diverse range of emotional, psychological, and relationship concerns.

I have experience supporting clients with trauma and trauma-related difficulties, OCD and intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional difficulties, interpersonal challenges, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I understand that these experiences can affect not only how a person feels, but also their relationships, sense of safety, confidence, and ability to manage everyday life.

A significant area of my clinical work is trauma and trauma-related concerns. I support clients who may be struggling with painful or overwhelming past experiences, emotional triggers, persistent fear or anxiety, difficulties with trust and safety, relationship wounds, or patterns from the past that continue to affect their present lives. My approach is trauma-informed, sensitive, and paced according to each client’s readiness and individual needs.

I also have experience working with OCD, including distressing intrusive thoughts and repetitive patterns that can feel difficult to control. I aim to help clients better understand these experiences, develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and gradually reduce the impact they have on everyday life.

My work also extends to Couple and Family Therapy. I support couples and families facing communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, relationship distress, family tension, and difficulties navigating significant changes. I work collaboratively with couples and families to understand underlying patterns, strengthen communication, manage difficult emotions, and develop healthier and more constructive ways of relating to one another.

In my practice, I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating person-centred, expressive approaches such as art and sandwork, emotional regulation strategies, and trauma-informed care according to each client’s needs, experiences, and therapeutic goals.

My passion for mental health work comes from wanting to create a space where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and able to be themselves. I believe everyone carries challenges in life, whether they feel big or small, and having someone walk alongside you can make those experiences feel less overwhelming.

Above all, my priority is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where you can explore what you are going through at your own pace. Whether you are seeking support individually, as a couple, or as a family, we can work together to understand what may be keeping you stuck, build practical ways of coping, strengthen your relationships, and move towards a life that feels healthier, more meaningful, and more aligned with who you want to be.
