I currently serve as a Clinical Psychologist at PPC. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a range of concerns and backgrounds. My clinical experience includes working with depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal conflicts, psychological assessment, case formulation, clinical interviews, report writing, and psychoeducation.

I primarily tailor my approaches from CBT to ACT-informed approaches, while integrating DBT-informed skills and person-centered principles after considering each client's needs, goals and readiness. I also have experience with psychological assessment tools and enjoy helping clients and caregivers better understand their strengths, challenges, and next steps.

What I value most about this work is the process of helping people make sense of experiences that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words. I believe that meaningful change often begins with feeling understood, asking the right questions, and slowly finding clearer ways to understand ourselves and our patterns.

My priority as a clinician is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and honest, a space where clients do not feel judged, rushed, or pressured to have everything figured out immediately. I hope to walk alongside clients as they build insight, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who they are.
