A Bit About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist at PPC with experience supporting adolescents and adults across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional difficulties, ADHD, self-esteem and body image, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I also have experience working with trauma and providing LGBTQ+ affirming care.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) alongside CBT-informed approaches. I also incorporate emotional regulation strategies and expressive techniques, including art and other creative approaches, when these are helpful for the client.
I was drawn to this work because I know how meaningful it can be to feel understood when you’re struggling to put your experiences into words. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can show up as you are, make sense of what you’re going through, and work towards a life that feels meaningful and true to you.
