I currently serve as a Clinical Psychologist at PPC. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults across a range of concerns and backgrounds. My clinical experience includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and interpersonal difficulties.

In my practice, I draw primarily from CBT and ACT, integrating person-centered, expressive (art and sandwork), and trauma-informed approaches depending on each client’s needs and goals.  

My passion for mental health work comes from wanting to create a space where people feel heard, understood, and able to be themselves. I believe everyone carries their own challenges in life, whether they feel big or small, and that having someone walk alongside you can make those challenges feel a little less heavy. 

Above all, my priority is to help create a safe and non-judgemental space where you can be yourself, explore the challenges you’re going through, and move towards the life you want to live.
